The development of administrative innovation in relation to post-Adoption usage of Human Resource Information Systems in public sector organisations

This project investigates the development of innovative work practices and processes following the adoption of human resource information systems (HRIS) in public sector organisations.

It examines manifestations of administrative innovation, looks at stakeholders’ motivations and interaction, and identifies enablers and barriers within the context of public sector organisations.
