Critical knowledge sharing skills for project managers in the construction industry

This research investigates project managers’ knowledge sharing behaviours and skills in construction projects, in the Chinese context.

It seeks to make a practical contribution, through identifying skills for effective knowledge sharing by project managers, and investigating potential enablers that help project managers developing and applying knowledge sharing skills.
