When you start Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Acrobat DC you will be prompted to sign in by the following:
Enter your University e-mail address, e.g. email@example.com then press the Continue, leave the password box blank if it asks for one.
Note: It is important to use your University e-mail address rather than a personal one and don't choose the options to login via Facebook or Google.
If you have previously signed up for an Adobe account using your @sheffield.ac.uk e-mail address you may be prompted to choose an option. You need to choose "Company or School Account".
You will then be re-directed to a University of Sheffield Online Services login window.
Enter your University Username e.g. ab11xyz and University Password and Click on Log In.
You will now be signed in and have access to Adobe services licensed to you as a member of the University.
