There are three different ways that you can access your files from off campus. Take a look and see which is best for you.

Online services

You can access all of our online services from off campus through MUSE, with the exception of select staff systems that will require a VPN (remote access) connection.

From your home computer you can print to staff and student printers at the University. All you need to do is install our printers and connect to our Virtual Private Network (VPN)

You should ensure your computer is secure, and you should understand the policy regarding University data held off-campus.

Help and support

Our IT Service Desk supports staff and students working away from the University between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. You can get help by phone, email or 24/7 by using our self service facility in MUSE.
