Room Bookings for University Staff
Online Room Bookings (CMISGo) [updated: 07/09/2020]
As a member of staff, you can usually book a selection of rooms for meetings and university events online.
Unfortunately, in light of current restrictions, bookings cannot be made online using CMISGo.
For any booking queries, please email us at email@example.com.
Bookings for departmentally managed rooms should be made via your departmental timetabler.
Teaching bookings for the new academic year should be made via your departmental timetabler.
If you are booking an event that involves an External Speaker you must carry out a risk assessment. If you have any queries please contact Room Bookings on extension x29060.
If you are booking an event that involves an External Speaker you must ensure that you have read the procedure and followed the guidance, assessed any risk, and if necessary completed the External Speaker details form (you must allow at least 14 days before your event if you are completing this form).
Booking foyer space in the Diamond, Heartspace, Arts Tower & Richard Roberts
The foyer space in the basement of the Diamond, Arts Tower and Richard Roberts (Atrium), which is also the crush space for the egress of occupants of the lecture theatres, may be booked in certain circumstances if they do not contravene Health and Safety regulations.
