This is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can provide instant answers to many of the common questions that the IT Service Desk receives. There are over 700 articles in the Knowledgebase which are regularly reviewed and updated.

IT Service Desk Self Service

  • If your enquiry has not been answered by the Knowledgebase you can log a call with the IT Service Desk online using Self Service. You can submit an enquiry 24/7 and we will endeavour to respond to you by email within the hour during working hours.
  • The service also allows you to review your existing queries, make changes such as updates and add file attachments, or review the answers to previously answered calls.
  • You can also request immediate Remote Assistance from IT Services support analysts.
