LLM Excellence Prize Application

We are pleased to announce an Excellence Prize, which offers funding for LLM students from Thailand, worth £17,600*. The Prize will be paid directly to successful applicants, to use towards tuition fees or living expenses.

To apply for the Excellence Prize, students must already have applied for a place on the Sheffield LLM and have an application number. The prize is only open to students from Thailand who plan to apply to become a judge in Thailand after their studies.

Applicants cannot apply for the Excellence Prize and the International LLM Scholarship in combination. Applicants from eligible countries (which include Thailand) will still automatically be eligible for the University's Postgraduate Taught Scholarship (worth 10% of the tuition fee) and can apply for the University's International Merit Postgraduate Scholarship (worth 25% of the tuition fee).

Successful applicants will be notified before the end of July 2019.

*This figure may be split between two applicants if we receive two outstanding applications.
