Rebecca joined Learning and Teaching Services at the University of Sheffield in 2006. Rebecca works as part of a Jobshare with Eve Grant in the External Examiners Team. Rebecca administers External Examiner central processes relating to taught programmes of study, liaising with departmental staff across the University and directly with the External Examiners. These processes include receipt and monitoring of annual External Examiner reports, annual nominations and appointments for each department of individual examiner, agreeing External Examiner fees with departments ensuring claims for fees and expenses are paid appropriately. Rebecca is responsible for data gathering and record keeping in relation to External Examiner duties undertaken by University of Sheffield staff at other institutions.
Hours of work: Monday – Wednesday 0900 – 1630
