Tracy joined Learning and Teaching Services at the University of Sheffield in 2014. Tracy co-manages the Admin Support Team with Lynn Beevers. Tracy provides administrative support to the Quality Management Advisors and Learning and Teaching Development Managers for the Faculty of Science and Social Sciences (Economics, Journalism, Law, Politics, Sheffield Methods Institute, Sociological Studies and Urban Studies and Planning). This includes Faculty committees, Annual Reflection, Periodic Reviews and other Quality Assurance processes.

Tracy manages the External Examiners Team supports the Head of Learning and Teaching Services. She also supports collaborative provision by maintaining a database of collaborative programmes and supports the Quality Management Advisor with responsibility for the University of Sheffield International College [USIC] committee.

Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 0815 – 1600; Fridays 0900 – 1500

Biography
Tracy was a University Liaison Librarian from 1989 until 2010 at the University of Birmingham with responsibility for the Faculty of Social Science, Education and Public Policy. She became the Project Manager for the ETHOS project, funded by the British Library taking the digitisation of theses from pilot to a service, before becoming the Digital Assets Programme Advisor with responsibility for the Open Access repositories at the University of Birmingham. Tracy was responsible for providing training and guidance on reference software for staff and students, editing the UKOLG Quick Guide to Personal Bibliographic Software and writing extensively on both digital assets and reference software. Tracy moved to Sheffield in 2013 before joining Learning and Teaching Services in early 2014.
