Financial Times (FT.com)
The Financial Times (FT.com) is the online edition of the daily newspaper with a special emphasis on business and economic news internationally. In addition to the website, the FT ePaper is also available. This is an exact digital replica of different editions of the printed newspaper (e.g. UK, Asia, USA) with an archive from 2005.
Access is available directly from this page by connecting to the Financial Times website - you'll be prompted to log in to MUSE as necessary.
The first time you access the University of Sheffield's FT.com subscription, you'll need to register for a personal FT.com account.
- Click the 'Connect to' link on this page and follow the instructions on the FT.com/Signup screen.
- You'll be asked for your email address (please use your University email address) and some personal details, and you'll need to choose a password.
- After doing this, a message will display to confirm that you've successfully joined the University of Sheffield's FT.com subscription.
You can use your personal FT.com login details for anywhere, anytime access. This means you can access FT.com directly from your mobile device (see FT Apps & Mobile for details of the available apps). Your account will need to be verified every 90 days by connecting to the FT website using the link on this page.
