The Centre for Linguistic Research (CLR) at the University of Sheffield will hold its 5th ShefLing PGC (Sheffield Postgraduate Conference in Linguistics) on 25th April 2018. This one-day conference is designed to give linguistics postgraduates from all research areas an opportunity to present and discuss their research in a friendly and intellectually setting at the University of Sheffield. We invite postgraduates and doctoral students to submit abstracts for oral presentations on any area of linguistics and language research.
The next meeting of the ShefLing PGC will take place on 25 April, 2018. This year, we are coordinating with a sister conference, the Sheffield Linguistics Big Data, Big Theory workshop, which will take place on 26-27 April.
