The Centre for Linguistic Research (CLR) at the University of Sheffield will hold its 5th ShefLing PGC (Sheffield Postgraduate Conference in Linguistics) on 25th April 2018. This one-day conference is designed to give linguistics postgraduates from all research areas an opportunity to present and discuss their research in a friendly and intellectually setting at the University of Sheffield. The next meeting of the ShefLing PGC will take place on 25 April, 2018. This year, we are coordinating with a sister conference, the Sheffield Linguistics Big Data, Big Theory workshop, which will take place on 26-27 April.
