Case Study in Operations Management

As researchers applying grounded case research methods, we ask theory-driven questions and identity the research context to explore them. In my current projects and as a reviewer of case studies for various journals, I often see common pitfalls in theory development, sampling, and structuring the paper. Using examples from papers I reviewed and my own work, I will talk about what I have learned and provide suggestions of writing cases studies for OM journals.
