- Profile
-
I joined the Management School and the Centre for Decent Work as a research associate for the ESRC funded project "Managerial competences, engagement and productivity: developing positive relationships".
Prior to this, I was an RA at SARG, Department of Public Health, ScHARR (UoS) and investigated aspects of health inequalities in relation to employment.
For my PhD, and as a member of the Research Network Gender And Health Impacts Of Policies Extending Working Life In Western Countries, I collaborated with different research centres around Europe looking at the mental health implications of unemployment in late career from a political economy perspective.
- Research interests
-
My research interests broadly fall under topics related to social inequalities and mechanisms of exclusion in a context of changing labour market structures and population ageing.
I am particularly interested in understanding these topics from a political economy perspective.
