Dr Kara Ng is a Research Associate at the Institute of Work Psychology at Sheffield University Management School. She earned her PhD in Organisational Psychology in 2019 from Alliance Manchester Business School on moral issues of bystander behaviour in workplace bullying.
Her research mainly seeks to understand relationships at work (bullying, harassment), well-being, and behavioural ethics. She is interested in experimental, mixed methodological, and conceptual work.
Currently, she is involved in two projects focused on employee well-being at the IWP: The MHAT and ESTEEM Projects.
