R & SPSS Analysis Club

MASH has lots of workshops and online resources covering how to use R & SPSS to undertake statistical analyses, but sometimes the hardest part is sitting down and starting to analyse your data! The MASH Analysis Club is open to all students looking for a quiet, supportive space to turn up and start using R and SPSS to analyse their data.

*** This is not a workshop - you will need an assignment or your own research data to work on together with a laptop loaded with whichever package you want to use (R or SPSS). You are expected to get on with the analysis on your own, but staff will be available if you get stuck; you will not get advice or feedback on the correct analysis method to use. The purpose of the Analysis Club is to provide you with a welcoming environment to work on your analysis ***
