Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Test Rig

Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Test Rig The Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Test Rig has a 2.5kW capability, operating at 900K to 1200K with reactant humidification control, fuelled with hydrogen or simulated reformate mixtures. It can be used for testing of single cells or stacks covering the investigation of internal reforming directly on the anode, the measurement of cell electrical performance, and materials post-analysis to investigate the effects of cell usage on their microstructure. The exhaust gases from the fuel cell will be analysed using existing gas chromatography or mass spectrometry techniques in order to investigate the gas chemistry of the processes.
