Roles and responsibilities

• Manage the undergraduate and postgraduate taught exams process
• Act as main point of contact for all Physics exams matters
• Provide administrative support for exam-related meetings
• Ratify results and carry out results amendments where necessary
• Responsible for timetabling Physics undergraduate and taught postgraduate modules
• Manage undergraduate student attendance monitoring
• Support the welfare and well-being of undergraduate students
• Provide administrative support to Learning and Teaching Committees
• Provide administrative support to Staff Student Committees
• Responsible for the allocation of personal tutors to undergraduate students
• Maintain systems and databases connected to undergraduate activity
• Maintain web pages for current undergraduate students
