Stephanie Bramley receives a Worldwide Universities Network Researcher Mobility Award

WUN imageStephanie Bramley, a 4th year part-time PhD student from the Music Department has been awarded a Worldwide Universities Network Researcher Mobility Award to visit The University of Sydney in 2014. Stephanie is currently completing her PhD, which focuses on the presence, influence and experience of music in gambling situations. In Sydney, she will collaborate with Prof. Alexander Blaszczynski, an esteemed academic within the field of gambling studies and will be located at The University of Sydney Gambling Treatment Clinic.

Stephanie and Prof. Blaszczynski will conduct two projects investigating how gambling behaviour is influenced firstly, by the music chosen by gamblers to accompany their gambling and secondly, the auditory features of gambling equipment.
