MSc in Genomic Medicine (Full-Time)
The MSc in Genomic Medicine is a full time, one year postgraduate masters, comprising of 8 taught modules and 1 research project.
In the autumn term: You will learn about the fundamentals of genetics and genomics, including the currently clinical and research applications of genomic technologies.
In the spring term: You will gain practical skills in using and interpreting genomic data. There will be the option to select different modules based on your learning aims.
In the summer term: You will apply your knowledge and skills to a 15-week genomics-oriented research project based at a local laboratory, or at an affiliated NHS diagnostic centre or at an industry partner.
