My main research interests are in the neural and cognitive mechanisms underlying neuropsychiatric symptoms in neurodegenerative diseases. The aim of my research is to investigate the neuroanatomical and cognitive correlates of visual hallucination in Lewy body disease by integrating structural and functional MRI and neuropsychological measures.
- Investigating the structural and functional brain alterations related to visual hallucinations in Lewy body disease and their relationship with cognitive deficits.
- Exploring the cognitive deficits that predict the presence and future appearance of visual hallucinations in dementia with Lewy bodies.
- Meta-analysis of regional grey matter volume of visual hallucinations in Lewy body disease.
