Early and differential diagnosis of dementia; evaluation of both pharmacological and non pharmacological treatment of Alzheimer´s disease with neuroimaging techniques; clarifying the premorbid biological, personality and cognitive mechanisms underlying psychotic symptoms in neurodegenerative diseases, lifestyle factors and risk of cognitive decline, structural and functional connectivity patterns in neurodegeneration and utility for differential diagnosis; improving individual diagnosis of Alzheimer neurodegeneration with the aid of machine learning algorithms; early cognitive markers; genetic risk and miRNA dysregulation in sporadic AD.
