Profile

I graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BMedSci (Orthoptics) in 2008 and went on to complete my MSc in Investigative Ophthalmology and Vision Science at the University of Manchester alongside working at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.  Following this I spent 4 years at the University of Reading working as a research assistant and completing a PhD with Dr Anna Horwood and Professor Patricia Riddell.  I then worked as an orthoptist and a research orthoptist at Moorfields Eye Hospital before re-joining the University of Sheffield as a Lecturer in Orthoptics in 2014.
