Online Process

  • Click on the link on the right, this will take you to the login page
  • Log in using your university username and password
  • Select your product or upload your file/s for printing
  • Uploaded files will be converted to a PDF
  • You will be required to approve a proof online
  • A price will be quoted prior to placing your order
  • You can select single/multiple deliveries on campus
  • Payment can be made by quick transfer
  • To pay by credit or debit card and PayPal, please use the Student Login page

Turnaround Times

  • Standard turnaround is 2-5 working days depending upon the complexity of your order
  • Peak times include August, September and January, you can expect turnaround to be extended during these months
  • Normal working hours 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Any job uploaded after 4.00pm will not be actioned until the next working day

Payments

Quick Transfer

  • Order values of £2,500.00 or less can be made by quick transfer
  • You will be required to enter the cost centre or WBS element that your order is to be charged to
  • An email will be generated and sent to the budget holder
  • An internal trade order (ITO) will not be required and the funds will be transferred overnight into uBASE

Delivery on Campus or Collection

Entering the shipping details

  • Check that the default delivery date meets your requirements, if not please amend it
  • Choose a shipping method
  • When selecting delivery, you must enter a delivery address
  • Single or multiple addresses can be selected and your order split across the deliveries as you require
  • Addresses can be edited and added to at any time
