Online Process

  • Click on the link on the right, this will take you to the login page
  • Login using your university user name and password
  • Select your product or upload your file/s for printing
  • Uploaded files will be converted to a PDF
  • You will be required to approve a proof online
  • A price will be quoted prior to placing your order
  • You can either collect or have your order delivered to the Activities Zone desk

Turnaround Times

  • Standard turnaround is 2-5 working days depending upon the complexity of your order
  • Peak times include August, September and January, you can expect turnaround to be extended during these months
  • Normal working hours 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Any job uploaded after 4.00pm will not be actioned until the next working day


  • Payment can be made using your society code

Postage, Collection and Delivery on Campus

  • Check that the default delivery date meets your requirements, if not please amend it
  • Choose a shipping method
  • You can collect your order from the reception at Print & Design Solutions or have your order delivered to the Activities Zone desk
