A person may be admitted as a full-time student who:

(i) is a recognised graduate with Honours in Psychology or equivalents; and

(ii) is eligible for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) with the British Psychological Society (BPS).

A student who has been awarded one hundred and twenty credits in respect of units listed at 1A will be eligible for the award of the Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Psychology. The Diploma is not accredited by the British Psychological Society.

To gain an MSc in Occupational Psychology (which is accredited by the BPS) all components (180 credits) must be passed. In the case of a soft fail (40-49%) on just one module a Master’s in Work Psychology (MGT021 – which is the non-accredited version of MGT001) can be awarded.
