A student may spend the second session as a full-time student at an overseas university, the arrangements being subject to the approval of the Head of Department. During this period a student will take courses deemed to be the equivalent of F5 Level units to the value of one hundred and twenty credits.

On completion of Level 2, a student may be permitted by the Faculty to become instead a student for the Degree of MPlan in Urban Studies and Planning (TRPU105). Such a student must have only selected TRP units under regulation 2C.

A student will attend one or more fieldwork courses, the arrangements being subject to the approval of the Head of Department.
