Description

This module introduces students to the history, development and contemporary state of the legal and political culture of Germany. The module will provide the context for the study of the substantive civil, constitutional and administrative law of Germany. The module will be taught in the German language and will enable students to develop their understanding of historical and contemporary issues which shape modern Germany.
