Description

This module introduces students to the history, development and contemporary state of the legal and political culture of Spain and other Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America. The module will provide the context for the study of the substantive civil, constitutional and administrative law of Spain and Spanish-speaking countries whose legal system draws on that of Spain. The module will be taught in the Spanish language and will enable students to develop their understanding of historical and contemporary issues which shape modern Spain and Spanish-speaking countries.
