LAW6099   EU External Relations Law   (15 credits)

Description

This module seeks to introduce students to the key features of the law relating to the external relations of the European Union. It will build upon their previous knowledge of the legal and institutional framework of the EU. The module will cover the international role of EU as a global actor and its legal competence to act at the international level. Specific focus will be paid to the EU's commercial, foreign, security, and developmental assistance policies.
