LAW6142   Comparative Corporate Governance   (15 credits)

Description

The module introduces students to comparative law methodology, and compares the structure and function of a number of different company law and corporate governance systems from around the world (for example, the UK, the US, Germany, China, Japan, France), and offers an introduction to interdisciplinary debates on varieties of capitalism.
