Profile

I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate currently investigating with Dr Daniel Poole distraction suppression mechanisms in neurotypical and autistic samples using Eye-Tracking and experimental methods. I also lead other research projects exploring the association between trustworthiness judgements and paranoia in clinical and non-clinical populations.

Qualifications
  • Licentiate Psychology Degree (2010-2015 | University of Mendoza)
  • MSc (Res) Behavioural and Social Sciences (2016-2018 | University of Groningen)
  • PhD in Psychology (2019-2023 | The University of Sheffield)
Research interests

I am particularly interested in understanding the underlying psychological mechanisms of severe mental health conditions, such as psychosis, through the use of experimental, epidemiological, and psychophysiological methods, and exploring how they could potentially inform clinical interventions.
