Our BSc Psychology degree explores every aspect of human behaviour, from biological, social and developmental psychology through to psychological disorders and cognitive neuroscience. Our graduates are perceptive individuals and original thinkers, making a difference in many areas of society: from psychological research and practice to law, teaching, marketing and advertising.

Your future

Our courses are accredited by the British Psychological Society, making your degree the first step towards a professional career as a Chartered Psychologist. It gives you the opportunity to train as a specialist and get great graduate jobs in clinical, educational and occupational psychology.

According to the latest figures, 92% of our 2014 graduates that were available for employment were in work or further study within six months of finishing uni. In general, our students go into a wide range of careers in, for example, social work, nursing, teaching, personnel management, market research, advertising and sales.

Your personal tutor will help you with careers advice throughout your degree. You'll also pick up skills that are useful in lots of areas, such as critical thinking, problem solving, communication and data handling.
