Secondments

All fellows benefited from secondments to at least two other partners or associate partners for total periods of between 2 and 10 months.  For ESRs these secondments were designed to allow the fellow cross ‘traditional’ technical boundaries between research areas and/or spatial/temporal modelling scales and/or industrial/academic boundaries.  A summary of the secondments is shown below, with a report of the activities in each secondment.  While the total period on secondment did not decrease, the location or division of time was able change to better suit the fellow's individual needs.
