Events 2019

As a first for Researcher Wellbeing Month, we've created a calendar just for you with a thought or action of the day to boost your own wellbeing and connect to those around you. Even seemingly small things can make a big difference to how you feel. There are 4 broad themes: Sharing & appreciation - Reflection - Connection - Self-care. We'll be tweeting day by day from @ResWellSheff so please look out for this. Take a look at the full calendar now and perhaps even plan some of your activities in advance.
