Export/print data

The data within myPublications can be exported in a variety of file formats for use in CVs, grant applications, or other documents. Alternatively, it can be exported into a format that can be read by other software, such as BibTeX.

myPublications administrators can extract data for one or more selected users, or for whole departments and faculties.

Export all items

The process for exporting data is the same for all elements within myPublications, including outputs, grants, impacts and professional activities. Navigate to the list that you are interested in, e.g. for outputs click 'Publications' in the 'Manage' box under the 'Menu' tab. To export all items, click the 'Export' button at the top of the list and choose your desired export format:

  • BibTeX (a commonly used bibliographic data format)
  • Reference Manager/Endnote
  • PDF
  • Word
  • Excel

To export only selected items, follow the steps above, but first check the tick-box next to the title of the items that you wish to include.
