Come meet us in Copenhagen at ISPOR Europe 2019

This year’s ISPOR Europe conference is taking place in Copenhagen (2-6 November 2019) and as usual, Health Economics and Decision Science (HEDS) staff including Professor John Brazier will be representing our work.

Other staff in attendance include:

  • Professor Allan Wailoo and Dr. Monica Hernandez who will be delivering a short course on Mapping to Estimate Utility Values from Non-Preference-Based Outcome Measures (Sunday 3rd November).
  • Dr. Praveen Thokala will be presenting a “How-to guide” on developing an ISPOR Good practices task force (Monday 4th November)
  • Dr Donna Rowen will be presenting an issues panel entitled ‘Valuing Health in Children – Where are we now?’
  • Meanwhile, Dr Olena Mandrik will be chairing an ISPOR Task Force meeting on ‘Risk of Bias in Systematic Reviews with Cost and Cost-Effectiveness Outcomes’, as well as delivering a workshop and a poster.

Other HEDS poster presentations to look out for include Professor Alan Brennan; Dr. Laura Flight and Dr. Tushar Srivastava, all of whom will be in attendance.

Finally, come and meet Dr Suzy Paisley and Vanessa Wright from the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR) Knowledge Enhancement Team – we’re at booth space C3-056.
