I qualified in medicine from The University of Sheffield in 2006. I pursued my training initially in internal medicine and then specialised in Clinical Radiology with a special interest in Breast and Gynaecological imaging. I had formal academic training during my clinical career and was awarded a Master of Science with distinction from the University of Oxford in 2011. I work as a Consultant Radiologist at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Trust where I am also departmental lead. I have also served the trust in the positions of research lead and Royal College tutor.

My teaching interests include Internal Medicine and Clinical Radiology for undergraduate and postgraduate students. I am also particularly interested in teaching and developing advanced roles for allied health professionals (Radiographers, Nurses etc) in the health service. Radiology anatomy.
