- Profile

I studied BSc Psychology at the University of Nottingham, before moving to the University of Sheffield in 2017 to complete an MSc in Psychological Research Methods with Advanced Statistics. After completion, I worked in ScHARR’s Clinical Trials Research Unit as a Research Assistant on the ACtiF Programme, researching a complex intervention to support people with cystic fibrosis to adhere to nebulised medications.

PhD Title: Characterising maintenance of adherence to medications in long term conditions
I am interested in behaviour change in health-related behaviours. My PhD aims to characterise how demographic, psychological and clinical characteristics of people living with long term conditions can predict maintenance of adherence to their medications. I am also interested in the application of machine learning techniques to produce tools that predict when adherence behaviours are likely to change.
