We offer a wide range of postgraduate taught courses, many of which can be studied in person or online, full-time or part-time.

You can study for a postgraduate certificate (60 credits), a postgraduate diploma (120 credits) or a masters degree (180 credits) or study a single module. We also offer a range of short courses.

Our Masters courses will help you develop the analytical skills, in depth disciplinary knowledge and capacity for critical thinking which are essential to working effectively in health organisations in a globalised world. Our courses provide the essential stepping stone for you to become a leader in your chosen area.

Our mission is to provide research-led teaching, informed by our position as one of the largest multi-disciplinary Schools of public health research and health services research in the UK.

*** Please note that ScHARR is changing the way we talk about distance learning. It will now be referred to as "online learning". During this transition, you may see both terms used while central systems update. Please note that the courses and their content remain unaffected by the change in terminology. ***
