I joined the Sheffield Clinical Trials Research Unit (CTRU) as a Research Assistant in January 2017 and I am currently working on the ACtiF Programme. Prior to joining the CTRU I completed my PhD with ScHARR titled “Socioeconomic factors influencing equitable access to intensive insulin regimens for adults with type 1 diabetes”, funded by an Economic and Social Research Council grant. Prior to embarking on my PhD I completed a part-time MPH(HSR) within ScHARR whilst working as an Information Co-ordinator with the Trent Comprehensive Local Research Network. My previous employment has been within the NHS in a variety of administrative and managerial posts.
