I joined the Clinical Trials Research Unit in January 2019 as a Research Assistant working on the ASPECT Trial. Prior to this I completed my MSc in Psychological Research Methods and Advanced Statistics in 2018 at University of Sheffield. I previously worked as an Assistant Psychologist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, delivering psychological interventions to children and families, and assisting with neurodevelopmental disorder diagnostic assessments. I have also worked in a local authority multi-agency support team, offering early intervention to children, young people and their families to prevent them reaching crisis point.
My research interests include:

- Long term impact of childhood adversity
- Behaviour change
- ASPECT Trial - Alleviating specific phobias experienced by children trial - a non-inferiority trial examining whether One Session Treatment (OST) is as effective as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) when treating phobias in children and young people.
