Monthly searches of research in low and middle-income countries available from HEDS
The HEDS Blog has being running for six-and-a-half years and has regularly posted monthly summaries of the most recent cost-effectiveness analyses and Cochrane Reviews. With a growth in our work with partners in low and middle-income countries, we have started posting monthly summaries of relevant work in those countries.
A simple search strategy has been developed that identifies papers with either ‘systematic review’, ‘cost-effectiveness’, ‘epidemiological model’ or ‘transmission model’, together with ‘low and middle income country’ or the names of any low and middle-income countries (as defined by the Official Development Assistance) in their title. Twenty-six papers were identified for February. Whilst not comprehensive, the results provide a quick update of papers that are being published. If you are interested in more comprehensive and/or specific searches, please contact us
The search will be run at the end of every month and a summary posted on the HEDS Blog shortly afterwards. The full list of papers, together with the results of past searches can be accessed via the URL in the right-hand column of the Blog titled “CEAs, systematic reviews and epidemiological models in low and middle-income countries”
