I am a fully qualified Emergency Physician currently working as a lecturer at ScHARR. I trained in the UK, and spent the past decade in the West Indies setting up specialist training in Emergency Medicine in Trinidad and Tobago. I have been researching various aspects of elderly care emergency medicine over the past 5 years, particularly in relation to trauma in the elderly and in the context of health provision in the third world.
My research interests include elderly care emergency medicine, the ethics of resuscitation, paediatric emergency medicine and emergency medicine education.
