Profile

I am a PhD student with ScHARR currently working on a collaborative project alongside the Sheffield Children’s Hospital and Sheffield Robotics, which aims to investigate the benefits social robots can bring to children in high anxiety hospital situations. I have a background in teaching, and am the director of I’m Strong, a company which seeks to support and educate children who spend large amounts of time in hospital. My first degree was in Mathematics and Humanities at the University of Essex, and my Masters degree was at the University of Nottingham, where I studied Human Computer Interaction.
