Scientist Banking tumour tissue in a liguid nitrogen StoreI am thinking of taking part in research, what should I do?

If you are thinking of taking part in research there are many research studies and clinical trials taking place in Sheffield.  Please do look at the ongoing clinical trials run by the North Trent Cancer Research Network but be aware that not everyone is able to take part in a clinical trial.  The best person to discuss whether a clinical trial is the right choice for you is the doctor who is treating you.  Why not ask at your next appointment?

Sheffield Cancer Research is developing a Biobank of tumour tissue samples, blood, DNA and data from patients undergoing treatment for cancer.

Doctor ready to answer questionsWhere can I go to get information or my questions answered?
