I began my studies at the University of Sheffield in 2016. Previously I worked as A Speech and Language Therapist in the NHS. I am a specialist therapist for people with stroke and acquired brain injury. I have a particular interest in communication.

PhD Title: Evaluating the efficiency and acceptability of methods of delivering evidence based aphasia intervention (intensive language action therapy) to patients in the UK within the NHS: a pilot trial.
My research interests are:
- developing interventions for people with acquired communication disorders,
- improving assessment of intervention outcomes
- implementation science for ensuring interventions move from research to those they were designed to treat.
