Profile

I began my study at the University of Sheffield in September 2018.

I believe in providing for patient’s needs and preferences, involving patients in decision making, treating them as equal partners, and in the concept of patient experience as well. I am very much interested in creating an optimal patient experience in my country, Saudi Arabia.

To enhance my understanding and abilities in this area, I have done my master degree from USA in health care administration. After completing my master program, I did my internship at one of the organizations truly concerned about patients’ experiences. My first experience after the internship is working as a lecturer in Jeddah University, department of health services and hospital management.

Being a lecturer improved my interpersonal skills such as confidence, maturity, and decision making. I am so interested in being a lecturer as well as having knowledge and experience in my field.
