Profile

I joined the University of Sheffield in September 2016, as a PhD student at the School of Health and Related Research, Section of Public Health. My research area lies within the broad scope of Nutrition transition.

Prior to starting my PhD, I worked as a Nutritionist with the Ghana Health Service, Ridge Regional Hospital. I was involved in monitoring the nutritional status of the inhabitance of the Osu Klottey metropolis in Accra, Ghana.

My main focus was on nutrition education, counselling, micronutrient supplementation and community malnutrition programs.
