[NEW] BMed Sci Health and Human Sciences (Part Time)
Our full time BMed Sci Health and Human Sciences degree consistently receives positive evaluations from our students. In response to the demand for flexibility in study from those with other responsibilities (such as working part time, or caring for children or family members) we are pleased to offer a part time option from September 2016.
Who is it for?
The course is designed to provide students with a broad understanding of subjects relevant to health, including human biology, health psychology, sociology of health, healthcare management and health research.
Our students pursue a wide range of careers on graduation. Some undertake further study to undertake professional roles in healthcare (such as, nursing, occupational therapy, midwifery, dentistry, operating theatre practice etc), others pursue careers in public health. Some of our students are undertaking Masters level study in clinical research others are working on their PhD.
You can read about some of our student’s experiences on the Student Stories page.
You can see the structure of the course in more detail on the Course Structure page.
