301 Digital Workshops
301 Digital workshops are short interactive courses that provide an overview of an area of academic skills. Click on the links below to activate the workshop in a pop-up window. Each course should take around ten to fifteen minutes to complete:
Independent Study: a short course introducing strategies and techniques to get the most out of your independent study time.
Academic Writing: a short course that explores the characteristics of good academic writing including style, precision and conciseness.
Reading and Writing Critically: a short course that introduces some principles and techniques to help you to read critically and integrate sources into your critical writing.
Maths Anxiety: a resource that explores the signs and symptoms of maths anxiety with expert tips on how to deal with it.
Presentation Skills (Library Resource): a short online course that provides advice and guidance on how to plan and develop a presentation.
